hi im italian so sorry for my uncorrected english.. when my cycles is near sometimes im nervous and paranoid... how can i solve this terrible mood?

Unfortunately, many women experience all sorts of unpleasant physical and emotional issues around their cycles.

The best, and really the ONLY thing you can do to solve this problem is take it to your OB/GYN. He/she will probably want to check your hormone levels, which could become unbalanced during your cycles, causing these feelings of nervousness and paranoia. Discuss having them check your thyroid as well.

I'm sure your doctor will find the cause and future cycles will become far less uncomfortable.

have you been diagnosed as bipolar? sei stato diagnosticato come bipolare? talk to a therapist. Parlare con un terapeuta. medication will help. uno farmaco ti puo aiutare.

I did think you were, ah, over-thinking this woman's problem when you suggested bipolar disorder for menstrual issues.
