hiv anxiety? or phobia?

I was dating this girl for couple of weeks after about a month or so we had sex no condom which was my mistake but now she is my girl friend,she showed me her blood test she was STD free and HIV negative. I had a test done last week and it was my first test since april and I came out HIV negative as well.  I don't know but I'm freaking out about it I use no drugs, no sleeping around I've only had one sexual previous to dating my gf and everything was protected I look for you guys for help?

If you and your partner are HIV negative and you are in a monogamous, then I would say you are in the clear as far as HIV goes in my opinion, but anxiety over any health related issue can really balloon into something big and take over our lives if we let it.  Have you had anxiety issues in the past?  It is normal to worry about things, but when it becomes excessive, it may be time to look at the root cause of the anxiety in my opinion.

cj29 thanks for the help, my anxiety started when i though i had my ex fiance pregnant.... she got her dates wrong and completey screwed mentally :(
