hiv anxiety

Hi, i had sex with sex workers about 6 weeks ago, 2 days after event i had fever, joint pain, and soar throat...the good doctors here told me this is too early for it to be hiv symptons...i had hiv1+2 test done after 4 weeks and it came back negative, the good doctors told me this is 80% conclusive, i will take tests they recommended and one at 6 months that are definately conclusive.  In the meantime, in the 5th week after the risky event, i have started to show red chest and neck, it is not that clear and it doesn't itch but when i touch my chest or sometimes when i wake up it definately shows.  I'm not sure if this is just from my anxiet but after having lived with this for 2 weeks or so i am very nervous that this may an hiv sign...please advise if you have any useful information regarding this or have been in a similar situation. Can't tell you much unless you explain the type of sex you had. Was it vaginal? Oral? Anal? All three? Was it protected? Did the condom stay intact?

well, i unprotected oral sex (i gave and was given) and had protected anal sex with one of the sex workers but 'cause i was drunk i can't remember if i used a condom 100% of the time although i remember at one point stopping and saying that I would not have sex without a condom.  I know the condom stayed intact 'cause I was more aware once i had finished and check it out.
