Slow down now. Deep breath. Let's play a game. Called ' Reality & Unlikely '. When you sit down and really think about things, try and class them as reality or unlikely. I have a pain in my side. I think I am dying. Unlikely. It's just a pain. It will go away. Let's take that can of Pepsi. Reality or Unlikely? To think it is reality that out of all the places you go to, there is one waitress, out of millions in various places, that carries a syringe with her, that has hiv blood in it, is a complete unrational thought. What would the odds on finding that one waitress out of a million? You'd have more chance of winning the local lottery. So you need to ask yourself some questions as you go through each day about the chances of such things really happening. The answer will always be UNLIKELY. But as much as I can say that here and now. This is not about me. This is about you and your mind. You ever read up on HIV? Facts from Myths? That would be a great place to begin. Find out all the facts on HIV. How it can be got. Then read the Myths about hiv and you will see you have more chance of getting knocked down than you do of getting HIV in the manners to which you think you can get them. All about calming down first. That is another step we need to take. Then looking at the whole picture. You will see you can live life without such fears.
