I know my family had the swine flu but idk if it is lack of sleep, the antibiotic or panic attacks

This is wha I have
- Stamach upset
- dry mouth or unpleasant metallic taste;
- cough sneezing runny or stuffy nose;
- tired
- feel hot but no fever
- itching

have one more day apparently until the meds are out of my system
