how do i know what to do if i don't know what is wrong?

can you have low blood sugar, low blood pressure, and have a panic attack all the same time? okay so i was with my friend we were excited and making plans for a project. we didnt eat since 1pm. towards the night we had a couple of glasses of wine but later she took her sleeping medicine trozedone.. we were talking and all of a sudden she told me she didn't feel good and she felt like fainting as soon as i walked over to her she started fainting i caught her (11:40 pm) but it was like she was having trouble breathing then stated gaging and was trembling, her eyes where not focusing they were rolling, then i started helping her go to her bed she kept coming in and out of it well so i thought within about 3 minutes she came out of it she didn't remember what happen she started crying and worrying about dying, her skin went pail, lips chapped, she said she felt really cold she laid on the floor, her skin was moist. automatically i thought of low blood sugar because she told me she gets faint and trembles when that happens earlier hat day. so i gave her a tsp of sugar in half of cup of water. i waited next to her covered her i thought she was going into shock i even took aluminfoil out just in case.( 11:56 pm) i took her temperature mouth was 96.5 and armpit was 96.3. but she felt cold 5 min came by and she was felling better so we thought. she tried standing but almost fell so she went to the sofa she said her head was cold i covered her up n her head and then at (12:05am) i gave her a nutrition drink plus. (12:20am) she felt better so she went into her room and i stood with her then she started feeling nauseated so i made her tea with sugar and she was better. i made sure she stood up til ( alittle after 1) now shes sleeping but i told her i would wake her up every 2 hrs just in case. i was scard i did research found 3 things hat can have all these symptoms so i need to know can it be all of them?

Seeing as this was several hours ago I'm hoping she is feeling far better now and has sought medical help.

It sounds like a combo of issues that occured, and yes the rolling eyes and trembling sound like a seizure.  Low blood sugar in itself can cause seizures but I would say its more to do with her having alchol and the sleeping medication on an empty stomach.

If she hasn't been to her doc, she needs to go asap, to get some bloods done and a full check over.

I'm too confused as to why u didn't call an ambulance?

I agree with "mammo" and I'd like to know why didn't she go to the E.R. so they can run tests. One of my major symptoms with Anxiety was feeling faint however it didn't actually happen so this seems to be something else. She could be Anemic or anything so seeking medical attention is crucial.

I think it was mixing the wine with her sleep medication. That's why it's written right on the bottle not to consume alcohol with these types of medications.  She needs to seek medical help to make sure she is okay and that everything else is fine.  The things you mention can cause one to feel faint and actually faint, all the more reason she needs to seek medical attention right away. It wasn't a panic attack, sounds more like a seizure. Encourage her to see her doctor right away.
