hunger and pains.

Hello i have a quick question. Can i get daull pains and tighness in chest area if im really hungry? And also can anxiety magnify pains, and make feel way worse then what they are??

To answer simply...yes and yes.

The pains and tightness are usually more of a sign of the anxiety however, but can be caused by acid reflux as well.
Your stomach produces acids...if your stomach is empty the acids have nothing to "eat"...so they will "attack" the stomach lining...this can cause acid to travel up the esophagus, where it feels like chest pains.

Please note that these were layman's terms, and scientifically speaking, the above statement is not 100% accurate...but close enough to make a point. lol
