Hi, I have a question about my husband. We've been married almost 20years. My husband has a bachelors degree ,but changes jobs about every 2 years. He argues constantly especially with me, his dad and all of his bosses.( At work he is smart enough to quit before he gets fired.)    He seems to get addicted to things. He went for several years without having a cell phone & after he got one he ran up the bill to $700 talking 2600 minutes in 30 days. He has a VHS recorder & he tapes every
"series" tv show; he has even taped over our purchased VHS movies. Now he photographs everything with his cell ph (since it has a camera he was never into photography). He binge eats like crazy!! He becomes (toddler type) angry if he can't order a large pizza 2 hours after dinner. He bites his fingers & fingernails until bleeding. He gets angry & doesn't like to talk about or do anything responsible (like bills, chores). He seems like he is always running away from everything. He is totally unplugged at home; stares at tv constantly, won't speak 90% of the time or answer questions (when we were 1st married; he said he couldn't hear me, so we spent $300.00 to have his hearing checked & it was fine).What is the matter with him? (he won't see any type of Dr.) Thanks!!!!

Hard to say. Could be traces of bi-polar. Look it up on google for some more info and see if it fits with some of his symptoms. Sounds like some anxiety as well.
