i cant focus and concentrate!

hi i'm 28 male,
married and have bachleros degree

my problem is

i cant focus and concentrate at all,  i tried to read but i couldn't because i think of many things. I forgot a lot and I'm always nervous.
i think i don't have personality or I'm not that good in responsibilities. Also i don’t have something good at or talents like most of my friends and don’t have goal in life.
i cant defend my self and people are making fun of me.

i really need help!

Concentration and focus is hard especially when/if we have low self esteem and suffer from anxiety in a myriad of situations.  Some fear health issues, social issues, etc.  Have you always had a hard time concentrating on tasks? How long have you been feeling anxious?  Quite often learning about the root cause of our anxiety can start us on the right path to getting long term relief from this.  Sorry to ask all those questions; just wanted to learn a little more about your situation...keep us posted!

Ok one more question...during all of this, have you seen a therapist or been 'officially' diagnosed with ADD,anxiety, etc?  If you have, it can often shed more light on your pattern of thinking and can help you confront it much easier. For me, that is what initially made this so frustrating...being confused and frightened about it can really through you for a loop.  Not a problem replying:)...glad you are with us!
