i feel like there are worms crawling under my skin

i keep on feeling that there are worms crawling under my skin there certain spots which feel cold and wet. and i also feel pinching. i was bloated and had major constipation which turned into diarrhea  i was vomiting  i am already under weight and i lost more weight i get major head aches. my paranoia has gotten extremely bad. i couldn't fall asleep at night even though i take serquil and melatonin at night and i am also on 6 different medications.i have just got stable on my meds. but i have been getting so angry and paranoid. how can this stop? i think it might  be a parasite. any help?
