i got hiv through french kissing

here is my story,,,,,abt 2 months ago i french kissed a girl deeply for abt 30mins,,and she was having flu at that time,,,4 days later i developped urinary tract infection which by now has progressed into chronic prostatitis,,did an hiv test 2 weeks after the kiss which turned out to be negative..and also antibiotics didnt clear the infection,,,now im having bodyache,its alrdy a week since im experiencing this and also a bump at the back of my neck,maybe a swollen lympth node,,,im sure ive got hiv,,,plus all the strange dreams im having those days,,i feel i got it,,my intuition told me so,,,,but i didnt participate in any sexual activity,,,im so sure ive got it,now im feeling scared to get tested again,since im graduating from uni in 4 months,,im scared they wont give me my diploma if im positive,,,do u thk i will be in the guiness book of record for having hiv through french kiss only or simply they wont believe me,,,,my intuition and symptoms cud not be wrong,,,,

YOU DO NOT HAVE HIV. Kissing does not cause a UTI. You need to see a therapist.

i did see a therapist and a was refered to urologist,,urologist did an ultrasound +DRE..he confirmed chronic prostatitis,and prescribed me for 28 days of antibiotic,and he warned me that its not sure you will clear the infection after the antibiotic,he told me ive to live with this condition,,,,now im very sure i got HIV,,,my immune has decreased,thats why i cudnt clear the infection,,

I would not get yourself so worried over this. If you were only kissing you do not have HIV. I think you have anxiety to be worrying this much. I have anxiety and panic attacks. I can remember when I was feeling the same way.I know for sure I had something terrible, I could feel it inside my body. I went and got tested which all test were negative. That still did not convince me. I would tell myself I went to early or the test were wrong until I found out through a therapist I have anxiety. I have tried so many meds from paxil,prozac,celexa,lexapro,zoloft,wellbutin,and trazadone but these either had side effects or made it worse. I am now on no meds but I take clear liquid benadryl and it works wonders. You can also take the walmart brand tablets. It is safe and it is very calming. You might want to try it until you get through all of this and see if it helps. Hope you feel better soon.

thx a lot for ur reply,,really appreciate it,,,hope u r right,,,hope my symptoms r due to anxiety,nothing to do wiz hiv,,,,but anyway in order to get out from this vicious circle,i will to get tested again,i thnk i will go tomorrow,,,but the problem is that im scared if im positive,,they wont give me my diploma,i will graduate in 4 months......again thx a lot,,

I do think you will feel better if you get yourself tested again for reassurance. I do not see how they can keep your diploma from you because of that. We have no discriminating laws here. You could also wait until you graduate to get tested again because they do say wait 6 months after you think you were exsposed to make sure it is not a false result. I do think you are fine though and have nothing to fear. It can get really scary though once you can't let a thought go. I sure hate it for you. I sure know what you are going through. You are not alone. Feel better soon.

I'm sorry but this is funny to me.... When we were growing up they taught u in health class that you can not contract hiv from kissing or drinking after someone unless you have am open sore in your mouth... Dont take offence but it's common knowledge you just scared yourself and a uti can be caused by many of things

Please don't be offended, but are you serious or are you messing around/trolling on here? HIV from kissing? Can't graduate because of a virus? Ok, maybe you need more HIV education, but a world record? That was just kind of a weird question to me, maybe it was a joke? I'm sorry if that question upset you, it was not meant to, I just wanted to ask as I've seen trolling before and wasted much time gathering information for someone who was just playing games. If you are serious I would be happy to talk to you! HIV related anxiety seems kind of common, from what I've seen it happens a lot to people with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, which I myself have among other anxiety disorders), one of the "big 7" forms of anxiety disorders. You can't get HIV from kissing. My dear friend is HIV positive (I have a few who are) and we greet eachother with a kiss on the lips whenever we see eachother, and another HIV positive friend is married, she and her husband french/tongue kiss all the time, they just take proper precautions when they do something more sexual (condoms, dental dams, etc) and her husband does not have HIV. I am not infected with the virus from kissing my friend. Hopefully that will help calm your nerves, knowing other people have kissed people with HIV and are fine. You said she had the flu, do you know that she has HIV? I'd find that out right away if you don't know. people get the flu all the time, Urinary tract infections are common. Some people get infections and need extra antibiotics, certain strains of bacteria can be a bit resistant to antibiotics but can still be treated. I hope some of my experiences helped ease your mind a bit. Let us know how you are doing.
