i keep peein in the bed

im 19 n okay long story short for some reason i just keep peein in the bed. i have the dream and it feels so real dat i jus let loose n pee it has been happenin alot lately it is so embarrassin especially when im sleep in the bed with my bf. ive tried goin to the bathroom twice before i sleep ive tried not holdin my pee during the day i even tried nto drink hours before i goto sleep but it still happen day i wake up n i havent peed is such a relief dat i havent done it but either the next night or nites later it will happen again idk wat to do it has become a habbit it check my self n the bed wen i first wake upsome times imscared to pee on the toilet in real life becuz i cant tell if im dreamin or not somebody pleaz help me

You should be checked out by a urologist.  This happens usually in younger kids and by the time they hit puberty, the brain and bladder are communicating and no more wetting the bed.  For my son it was like a light bulb went on and it stopped.  He was about 11/12 or so.  

Since this is not normal you really need to make an appointment with the urologist.  In the mean time maybe try to use some Depends so that at least the urine is contained when it does happen.

Two questions. Do you get enough sleep? Are you a heavy sleeper? I can see where if you are exhausted you might fall into a very heavy sleep and wet the bed.

yes im a heavy sleeper n lately since i took sum time off from skool ive been sleepin alot durin the day so at night i stay up late but i wud get up early mainly wen i figure out ive wet the bed

At least for the time being, wear Depends when you go to bed.
