i want to know the kind of medicine that can help me sleep
My Fiance i love so much left me and since then i have been finding it difficult to breath cus of the shock and cant sleep at nite for more than 2 month now i have not gotten a proper 30mins sleep, please which sleeping pills can i take without side effect
I am so sorry to hear about the hard break up that you are going through right now. I wouldnt recommend going on sleeping pills to cope with the break up. Sadly break ups hurt the worst and especially when it is someone that you were going to spend the rest of your life with. But I do understand also needing sleep. A great over the counter medication that usually works for me when my own boyfriend and I get into huge fights and he storms out on me leaving me with such anxiety is Unisom.
