i wish there's an undo or retart button in life...

it's nothing more depressed than finding yourself gone to a point where you feel so lost all the sudden....where am i going, what do i really want.... why do we get depressed much more so often than being happy...if your life you are living is making you depressed than why live it....can we restart, undo, or shut down....

i was sitting in the bathroom in the dark....i found myself no longer fear of dark...cos i've gone to very much depressed stage...where even ghosts appear it wouldn't matter.....

what's the purpose of living yourself unhappy everyday....i have tried hard, to tell myself it will be better tomorrow, but i think i have been telling myself on this for more than 10 years....cos at least i used to find a reason for me to try hard.... not that i dun see the reason....

i rather be a stone.....cos a stone doesn't think, it doesn't feel.... no matter what happens around.... it stays the same

how can one be happy, i mean really happy?

I am sorry that you are going through this right now.  Many of us have been lower than low.  With my anxiety came severe depression.  You can and will climb out of it though.  As you said, there is no restart button, buy you can learn so much about yourself as you go through the process of healing in my opinion.  For me, the most important step I took, was seeking help through counseling.  By doing this I learned about my anxiety and depression which made it much less confusing and overwhelming.  The good thing is you are not alone in this...do you have access to someone you can talk to?
