hmm i need some helpe  iam really worried i may have eat problm i have not be feeling well at all for this last 5months now and iam have really bad headches and iam have this really pians in mt stome and iam worried everthing i eat whats to come back up and that is why i do not eat as much as i should iam so worried can some one help me pleses thanks

Hi I am new here :)HAve you had a blood test lately?  Do you mean that you think you might have something physically wrong with you are do you have an actual eating disorder.  I had one of those for 7 years, not fun but I know a lot about them.

You need to go to the doctor and be very honest with everything.  If you have been purging (causing yourself to throw up), then it is possible that you have an eating disorder.  Headaches and stomach pains - could be anxiety, but also could be issues that a doctor needs to address.

Get to the doc and take care:)

Any time you are not eating or purging on purpose you have some eating issues.  I was bulemic (sp?) for 7 years and I did not throw up everything that I ate but I still had an eating disorder.   Are you not eating/purging because you are afraid that you are going to gain weight?  You really should go to a dr.  You are probaly not getting the nutrition that you need and that is why you may be feeling ill.  Plus if you are purging all that acid will do a number on your teeth, throat and stomach.  Take it from me I have thousands of crowns in my mouth now;)  good luck, my thoughts are with you

Has your eating been going better? I am another one of those recovering eating disorder victims. One thing that helped me stop making myself vomit, or excercise 3 hours a day (as I did after that), was attending therapy, and Overeaters Anonymous. There are various eating disorder support groups in all cities. They all have different ones, but they are worth looking into!
