like the subject states, the ideal resting heart rate for a 22 year old male? last week i had mine at 81bpm same again today. is that a good resting heart rate? curious is all, i know i have been pretty lazy and not excercising this and last year.
However, anything below or equal to 100 bpm, or greater than or equal to 60 bpm is considered "normal".
The figures are for resting heart rates. The heart rate will normally increase on exertion.
