im scared

is any one out there i feel like im going crazy and i hate this feeling i need to relax and my husband dont under stand i think he thinks im lying cuz when i went to the hospital they told m enothing was wrong they did a akg  and some blood work they told me to relax if i could i wouldnt need their help

Do you have any other symptoms as well ? beside feeling as if you are going crazy.

Relax dont they make you laugh kids and you have four how can you relax,plus a husband that dont really understand,well my first thought would be to ask your husband for a bit more support so that you can get some you time explain to him that even though they said you are fine then meant that there is nothing seriously wrong with you but physical exhaustion can cause all these symptoms,maybe book an appointment with your gp and take your husband along with you so he can get more of an understanding of what tiredness and anxiety can do to a person,in the meantime please remember we are all here for you and have been where you are now,we always try to help the best we can so you dont feel alone.
