I don't know if it is aniety or other issues. I have been having weird fainting issues. I have them when I'm driving, which scares the heck out of me, it feels like im gunna faint and lights hurt, and feeling off, fading, I have to blink my eyes or shake my head to come out of it. I don't want to drive anymore and I work 1 hrs away from my house. I also get the same feeling when I'm walking. It comes on even when I don't feel stressed out. It happened in the past but not as frequent now it's all the time. I have been diagnosed with psvt and am on meds for BP and high pulse rate. I have not been diagnosed with aniety but can't seem to figure it out. If anyone else has gone through this please let me know. I feel like I'm going crazy.
