is this anxiety?

hi,
I don't know if I have posted in the right place or not. I had a sexual thign with someone who told me that he is HIV negative. Afterwards, i completely freaked out and asked him to take another test. I saw him go take the test but somehow my brain won't rest. Is it anxiety disorder or something else?

can someone please help me. I haven;t slept for days

I think you should probably post this on the HIV forum.  

I would be anxious too, but your real concerns should be about HIV and the people on that Forum should be able to discuss it further with you.  In the meantime, always remember to practice safe sex.

My sister is the same way. She has been married now for over a year and she gets tested for HIV every six months, and yet she still believes that she has it. Every ache and pain she gets is due to HIV. I can't say whether or not that this is an anxiety disorder you have, but my sister was diagnosed with anxiety before she got started on this HIV obsession. She was on Buspar and several other meds most of her life. You should maybe contact your doctor and see what he/she has to say.

If he told you that he's HIV negative,then why do you worry?Anyways,one thing you should know that even if he have HIV,is not 100% that you might have it too.Did you took the test too?
