its me again lol.....

Ok, like I noticed that everytime I get anxious or anxiety like off and on my right eye will twitch. Even if I don't feel anxious anymore it just seems to choose when it feels like doing it. I figure its anxiety cuz the first time it ever happened was right after my first panic attack, and then just a little off and on from there. It's not the eyelid just like a muscle or vein or something right UNDER my eye that spazes. Doesn't scare me or anything it's just REALLY annoying, cuz it does it so bad it's really visible.... anyway, I start my new job in a couple days and I'm wondering if there's ANY POSSIBLE WAY to get this to stop doing it!! Because I'm going to be so embarassed if I go to my first day of work and everyone's staring at me like I'm crazy because I'm sitting there twitching at them lol.

Hey!  I never was bothered by the ole eye twitch until I had my little heart scare.  Now I am so hyper-aware of my body that when it starts I go, hmm--what's causing this.  But I did ask my doc about it and he says it is totally involuntary.  Just a muscle spasm.

I have an eye twitch and so will above my upper lip when I have anxiety.  the doctor actually told me that they use botox to fix that.  It worked wll for the wrinkles on my forhead, hehe. didnt try it for the twitching yet though.  I am an actor so my anxiety is a real problem at auditions, I take propanol to stop the shaking twitching and voice cracking problem I dn't know if that will work or not for you.
