just a update i guess it really is anxiety

Well i went for my mri without contrast yesterday and got the results today.Ive had every other test done from heart to blood to now brain and im gonna live YEAH!!! The only thing they found was some prob;ems in my sinuses so know i can add a ent to my list of docs but i can live with that rather than a tumor or stroke or ms so im happy but im still stuck trying to figure our this horrible anxiety but i will live another day.Im now gonna start throwing myself into therepy and whatever else i need to do but i know im in for the long haul.I thank all you guys for helpin me through my mri cause that was rough but thanks to silly girl she got me through it with all her wonderful words of wisdom and the zanax helped a lot too!!LOL!!

Isn't it grand to know you are healthy?  We will be here for you . It is time for therapy.  With that great attitude, any therapist will be glad to see you.  

Keep posting.  Let us know how therapy goes if you want, or just use us to vent.  You know how we are: a flexible bunch.  Your virtual support group.

yeah so glad your mri was great. am facing the same thing and i dont want to have the contrast myself, scared to put that stuff in my body,   how long did the scan take they want to do one on my brain to.

M mri took about 30 mins it really wasnt AS bad as i had caused myself to belive.I tried talking myself out of it 3 times but knew in my heart that if i didnt do it i would never know and make myself more crazy harboring thoughts on it cause i trully believed i had a tumor or had a stroke but its just sinuses.I took a .50mg zanax a hour b4 i went to try and relax me that helped alot cause i was so nervous.You should go its not as bad as your minds making you believe.Take it from me i just had one wed so i know and i have severe anxiety everyday but im so happy i went and you will be too.Let the tech know you have bad anxiety bover it and she will talkj you threw it while your in there my lady let me know when the loud noises were gonna get louder how much longer i had and that i was doin fine which helped me alot enough to be able to give you advice.Please let us know how it goes we are here for you.
