I know, it's a very isolating feeling, but you are NOT alone, trust me. We've all been there, in some way or another, with anxiety. Millions of people suffer with anxiety disorders. There God knows how many people right at this same moment that feel exactly like you do.
And for every one of them, the feelings will go away, until the next time. Once you start getting help, you will learn how to rethink, learn how to stop the anxiety cycle of thinking. You'll see, you'll get to a point where these feelings will barely get a response from you, you'll shrug them off, and maybe even laugh.
Hang in there, try some TV. It's one thing that almost always works for me.

Yeah it does feel horrible just really scary yh might do that thanks just feel so alone at times :(
Those are very typical symptoms of anxiety. I know the sensations are scary, but they are just that, sensations, emotions. They cannot harm you. I'm glad you have an appt to start addressing this with a professional, that will help you a lot.
Try watching some TV (something funny, lighthearted, like a sitcom), that can be soothing, because it distracts you from thinking about anxiety, and it may allow you to drift back off to sleep.
I know it's rough, but hang in there. You won't feel like this forever, and even tonight, this feeling will pass as well.
