just wondering what is wrong with me

i am 55 i was sitting at work and got terrible sharp pains in my back i got really light headed and my whole body was shaking and my vision was blurred and i was so light headed. I could feel my heart pounding and my body felt so heavy .  It lasted for over 2 hours and finally when it stopped i was just really tired.  I went to doctor they checked me for uti and it came back that i didn't have one . and all my vitals were fine.  4 days ago this happened to but i didnt have the back pain and it only lasted 15 min. ... what could this be i am worried and scared.

Hello. Have you been checked out for other things like your heart or kidneys or thyroid? Have you been diagnosed with anxiety before? There area lot if things it could be but found like an anxiety attack to me but I'm no doctor. You should see one and get a full work up. Anxiety could he a very nasty thing if thats what it is. But again I'm no doctor please get checked out and I would love to hear how you are doing. Hope you get better.
