klonopin

is it ok to take .5 mg of klonopin twice a day or should i stick to .5 once a day? which is more common. i tend to feel it "wear off" in the afternoon and feel as though i need another. my dog prescribed it not prn but once a day. but i am wanting to ask her to switch it to twice a day but am afraid she will think im just asking for more drugs.

Well I take 1 mg twice a day which may be too little for me. I was taking 1 mg of xanax 3 times a day now i take 1200mg neurontin, 1mg klonopin, 20mg lexapro in the morning and 600mg neurontin, 1 mg klonopin in the eve...
If I was you and you need it I would ask for it twice a day. Because that will wear off by the eve.
I have major depression, general anxiety, panic disorder and social anxiety.
