I take 1mg of klonopin at bedtime for moderate to severe restless leg syndrome and anxiety. For a long time they have been working and I have been able to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep and feel more rested when I wake up.
I try to keep the same bedtime routine. Lately, I have noticed that I am having a lot of trouble falling asleep. Then I am up half the night, then I am so tired the next day I can hardly stay awake.
