lexapro week 5-6

any positive reactions /experiences  to lexapro. during /after week 5-6 for anxiety.. what do i have to look forward to. its been helpfull up to now. week 4   will it continue to improve. how did it for you?  anyone?

I am glad that you are having a positive experience with it.  In my experience with SSRIs, it does take a little while for you to get adjusted to it and to see good benefits from it, which it looks like this is the case for you.  

I am a big proponent of medications like these as long as they are combined with talk therapy...by learning about the anxiety/panic cycle, you will really gain long term relief from this in my opinion.  

These meds effect people in different ways, but it looks like you have found the right one for you; continue to work with your doctor and remember there will be ups and downs dealing with this, so don't get too discouraged on your journey!  Keep us posted!
