lexapro week 11

Week 11 on lexapro and I feel better and more like ME. I went out today and had anxiety issues. From one day to the next I don't know what to expect. Is this normal? Does it ever go away? How do you handle it?

just some anxiety and I get a little freaked which I think leads me to the point of almost having a panic attack.  I work from home and don't leave the house much.  I'm trying to make myself go out and do something, if even just a drive, every day.  I have a work meeting that I have to attend next week and am starting to stress about it.  :(

I can understand why your Dr feels that way. You're doing well most of the time with the dose you're on.
Many of us go through this even though we're on meds. Good days and bad days.
Are you having full blown panic attacks or just some anxiety?

I'm only on 5 and I had an appt with my MD  about two weeks ago.  He said he didn't want to increase my dose as it might send me into a tailspin???

I'm glad to hear you're feeling more like yourself. Can you say what dose you're on? It might be time for an increase. Not all of us need to increase our meds but sometimes we do.
