lexapro/wellbutrin...stopped cold turkey

Hi,
I stopped my lexapro & wellbutrin (didn't mean to, ran out & then  the pharmacy messed up with my re-fill repeatedly).  Anyway, wondering if I might just try it without the meds.  If I eat really healthy & exercise

You need to taper off of these meds if you wish to d/c them.  Talk with your doctor and be sure to wean properly.

You may want to reconsider stopping cold turkey, I don't know these drugs but I am sure it is never a good idea to just stop as you may have undesirable withdrawal symtoms (symptoms).  Check with your doctor, explain you want to stop and discuss a strategy of stopping but gradually.

You are right that keeping healthy most certainly helps but please reconsider doing this alone.

Eating healthy and excercising is better for your body than taking meds........but if you cant take the anxiety and how it effects you i would go back on the meds if it works for you. They say you should never stop cold turkey without talking to your doctor first. See what the doc suggests about the benefits/disadvantages of being on the meds/&being off the meds. Personally, I would try going without the meds just to see how I feel.
