lightheaded

Question

hi, i have had anxiety/panic for years but have not had any in the last 4 years , now for no reason am having this feeling that i never had.

i feel lightheaded and not really dizzy but do feel dizzy lol i know it not make since. any one have this with there anxiety. i feel sick at stomack a little not sure if its from the light headed

my eyes do need to be checked they are bad i have worn glasses but have not had checked in 4 years , now i can read small print and cant see far away could this be causesing my problems or anxiety. thank you so much.

I had those symptoms when my anxiety began.  Didn't know that's what was causing them.  The easy test is if you take an ativan and the symtoms go away, chances are it's anxiety related.

thank you lynn am praying it does to been out most morning getting stuff for last min things. feeling a little anxiety ears feel burning and little tingling. just dont feel myself praying it goes ok while gone.

thank you so much for taking the time to talk to me. i have had anxiety before many times but never the feeling of being light headed so it was scarey to me which made me more anxiety. it has gotton better and it comes and goes so hoping its going lol. 

i will take a ativan if it happens while we are on vacation next week, thats why i wanted it to go away dont like being away from home and feeling strange.
