living in fear

I have been suffering anxiety for around 4 years on and off,i recently started taking meds and seeing a cbt.ive been feeling dizziness that comes and goes for just over a week,i went to a doctor who did a general examination,took blood to test for an inflamed blood vessel and did my blood pressure when seated and stood,all came back ok.i felt reassured when id seen him.but tonight i was on laptop and all of a sudden i went dizzy,it felt as though i couldnt support my head without holding it,then my arm went weak,after that my anxiety symptoms kicked in too (sick,heart pounding,struggling to breathe,sweaty palms,and crying!) what is happening to me? I am so scared all the time,i am living in fear,i am scared its a tumour or something,i dont want to die! I gave birth 4 weeks ago and im really scared that i wont be around for her and my other children,im 22 and a mother of 4 and i would be greatful to no what others think,am i just being silly or is there something seriously wrong with me?

Please someone help i cant sleep,the attacks keeo happening and only stopping for a few minutes,my body feels numb and wierd feelings in my jaw im terrified its a heart attack
