My dizziness is a lightheaded feeling, I also have a hard time concentrating. When I get a good nights sleep the dizziness subsides, unfortunately i go several days with little sleep before I get a good nights sleep. All do to anxiety, I will beat this it's just going to take a lot longer than I want it to.

Thanks for the advice, I have had all the test done to rule out ear problems and have seen a counselor for the anxiety which seems to help.Butt this dizziness just sticks around. Well now I know I'm not the only one. Thanks again

I to had a weird dizzy feeling for six months after my anxiety started. Then it went away for eight years now it's back again.I think stress and worrieing to much about things caused my anxiety again.I know it's a bad feeling but, your not alone.I've noticed when i don't get enough sleep it's worse.Maybe you should try getting on something for it.Have you gotten your ears cheaked?I would go get a second opinion?Although it is amazeing all the things your body can go threw when your under stress.Just relax and try not to think of the worst.I also would go talk to a counsler.

3 years is quite a while but I went on about 6 or 7 months of dizziness and "foggy head" with a bit of blurred vision and couldnt concerntrate on anything but my worries.

What helped me was, talking with a counsellor once a week. Taking St Johns Wort. Exercising... and laughing and socialising with people to distract me from negative thoughts.

Also positive affirmations and meditation.
