low blood sugar panic attack?

ok i just checked my blood sugar and it was 91, now when my blood sugar is over 110 i'm alright not feeling cold shaking and i would also get racing heart beat but once its below 110 thats when all of those start to happen but most of all my heart starts hurting and feel it beating really fast, now when it comes to night right before i go to bed it just drops below 100. someone said to me that its normal for it to drop night cause ur about to sleep, but for me its doesn't do that it cause all of these sypotoms between feeling ice cold racing heart and shaking, so if anyone can relate to this please leave a comment down below and i'll get back to u later in the day  or will probably be up for a few cause my heart?

People with type 2 diabetes (and I'm one) are sometimes sensitive to their blood glucose level getting on the low side of normal and get symptoms of hypoglycemia which are similar to what you are describing. Paxiled is right, you need to be tested for type 2 diabetes. Very simple to test and very treatable.

I was just asking because many anxious people look for problems.  The question is, if you had never looked at this data would you be noticing anything to worry about?  At any rate, now that you've worried yourself, the only real way to tell if this is a problem is to see a doctor and get your blood sugar checked in a proper way enough to prove to you there is a problem or there isn't.  If you're feeling okay, don't look for trouble.

From what I know none at all, but when I meet my girl a few years back her aunt who was still living here had to always take a blood sugar reading test, so one day my girl was just testing her self than asked me to try it and the reading was in the low 50's which wasn't good at all. I remember that day I took the test 3 times and Es still in the 50's
