Well, Toots, none of us are doctors here and I think you need to take your lump to one. Have a professioanl tell you what's going on. I seriously doubt it's anything, but why sit around and worry yourself into a frazzle when a quick peek by your doc will give you an answer?
Pick up the phone, make an appointment.
Peace

Thats where your lymph nodes are darling. No big deal. You're body is probably fighting a small virus right now, or even the common cold. It may be so weak you might not have any symptoms. It could also be something that has no symptoms so I would def. get it checked out. Probly something very insignificant. It has happened to me plenty on times and I am healthy and happy (most of the time) :)

I have had this many times and it usually a lymph node that is fighting an infection somewhere in the area of its appearance. It could be an ear infection that you can;t even feel or a pimple somewhere. Anyway the best thing to do is to go to the doc because sometimes an antibiotic is in order. Hope you feel better. Oh one more thing if it is a lymph node the more you touch it and feel it the bigger it will get. So leave it alone!!

It's common to get small cystic like bumps in that area.  They usually go away on their own.  Like lydia said, if you're concerned, it certainly wouldn't hurt to get a once over by your doc.  In the meantime...dont worry too much about it.
