i experienced non-stop random muscle twitching all over my body. Started after my possible risk of contracting HIV about 1 yr ago.
i got panick, stressed, anxious and guilt tho tested -ve numerous times until 9 mnths mark which were more than required according to experts in HIV forum.
my condition worsen when i quit smoking 4 mnths after the incident. i experienced many symptoms related to anxiety even i can add to your list there.
all general blood screens, thyroid, liver function, kidney, CBC, tumour, STDs, HIV 1/2, urinalysis etc came back normal many times.
yupp..i agreed with Sue0871, the symptoms become more intense when i am at rest.
So, don't worry too much. I'm trying to practice deep breathing & exercise a lot for the time being.
I have very similar issues and all of my doctors are saying it is from the depo provera and I just have to wait until my body regulates itself from getting off of it which could take months. The anxiety and body pains are the hardest to deal with for me. I have had every symptom you mentioned and it was not MS. I even had a CAT scan that came out normal to check the brain. I do truly believe it is the depo. I have seen multiple doctors and they all say the same thing. I felt as if I was going crazy. Some days are better than others. Good luck to you. I know what you are going through. I am actually on ST disability from it because I can't concentrate long enough to figure the problems out at my work.
Hey to all.
I just got my MRI results back and i dont have "MS" It just goes to show that anxiety really can mess around with you a hell of a lot! x x x x thanks for all your answers!
thankyou for your answers
Your symptoms are nearly identical to mine.... I have had all the mri's cat scans, pet scans, and there seems to be no answer other than anxiety. I find that keeping busy and exercising are helping a bit. I really notice the symptoms more when I am at rest.
all symptoms of Anxiety! be real careful about dx yourself, leave that to the prof. hope your test comes out ok friday, but remember that is friday, today is now.
