messing with subconsciousness?


ofcourse everything we do, from typing ,walking , eating, talking, breathing is controlled by our sub mind. lately i felt like i am going to forget all of that and i got panic attack -.- i felt i was gonna fade out and never wake up, when i am walking i watch my feet and i ask myself how can they be moving and i felt i didn't control my body but somehow i knew i did. its tricky situation , any advice how to get over it -.- ?

What exactly are you asking?

The subconscious mind is where therapists and similar people try and tap into to get you to change how you think. It is a powerful weapon if used right. We can all see the power of it by how we are when panic kicks in. So if it can work against us, it can also work for us. Just a case of learning how to use. You can control every aspect of your life. On the other hand you can let the panic attacks control your next move. It all depends how you first react to them. Chances are you will react the same way the second time too. Then that reaction becomes part of the subconscious mind. Even if you don't want to react that way, you will do so, because it is in there. It is that, that we need to change. To work for us. Not against us.

That is so true MrGreen. I live with my mind every day trying to change it. Some days i have no simptoms of ANXIETY but my mind will start trigaring them back , and the thoghts proses begins. I read a book by LOUISE L  Hay where she talks about our mind and the way we think, she says that we with time and corect thoughts  can change our life and mind to work for us, the book called YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE.OUR
subconscious mind and the way its get us thinking  is just so mad, but we have created it, we the ones that dont think wright, and we use to it =for years. Good book also is LIVING WITH IT. talks about pannic att. and anxiety, i undestood a lot since then and lern to axept what i have which is ANXIETY with all the simptoms in the world.This forum is an amasing site ,with people and they advise. Just keep sharing your thougts and fears with us and you ll see that you will get such an in site in to all of this it will start changing the way you feel and think.But you ll have to do the work to , try to catch you thought and see if you wright or wrong in the way you think.
