mind chatter

hey guys lately my mind is going a million miles and hour just constantly thinking about anything and everything. I feel stressed out cuz it seems like i cant relax because no matter what i do i get on thinking on many different things i just cant make it stop. Can anxiety cause this mind chatter? these obsessive repetitive thoughts, and if so can it cause them all day long? am i the only one that has this mind chatter thingy? i would really appreciate some help. thank u

Yes it can but to be honest your saying your mind is going a zillion miles an hour, try to set your mind on 1 task at a time, yes it sounds like its a mad thing to do but if you carry on like you are you will lose sleep and start stressing about the smallest little thing,then the smallest thing turns into the biggest thing i myself have had this happen and it could drive you mad but it will all turn out if you take one matter at a time if you do this it will all turn out correctly so tackle one task at a time hope all turns out for you.

i have repetertive thoughts all the time i kinda now how  you feel its soo horrible
