HI I AM A 33YEAR OLD WOMEN .. WITH 3 KIDS ,, IAM  VERY MOODY AND ANGRY , STRESS AND AT TIMES I HAVE ANXIETY AND HEADACHES .. I GET SCARED TO BE ALONE AT TIMES , I CHECK WINDOWS AND STOVES ABOUT 10 TIME BEFORE LEAVING OR GOING TO SLEEP .. AT TIMES I HAVE BAD THOUGHS .. I DONT HAVE A SEXDRIVE ..  AND I HATE TO GET IN A CAR ... CAN U HELP ME MIMI30

Have you spoke with a Dr. about your feelings?  I know how you feel.  I am moody and stressed and angry too, for no reason what so ever.  It use to be mostly during the PMS week, not it is alot.  You should really talk with someone, a Dr. or a Physcatrist.  It helps to talk to someone at times.  I am just starting the whole process myself.  At this point I will try anything to get better.  I feel sad for my kids, because I have a lack of patients.  The window and door thing sounds like a compulsive disorder.  I don't too much on that subject.  Good luck,
