Hi, Your not alone my friend....iv had that derealization, depersonilazation and alot more symtoms for a few years now, so I know how you feel. I too wish it would go away.
The only thing i can say is that i find eating healthy, yoga, meditation, working out, spending time with good friends and family, laughing....helps a little.
The only thing to do is exept it for what it is and go with the flow stop trying to beat it just except that you have anxiety.
This is your challenge in your life and when you get over it you will be a better person..

yeh i wish it would go away aye. i use to just have trouble with breathing and tightness of the chest but now its my heart beating 1000 miles an hour with the breathing and everything else with it.. everyday!
Dude thats how I feel almost everyday its hard to cope with...I have been going through different phases, at first it was palpitations, shortness of breath, parethesias, etc...Lately its been derealization, depersonilazation, and even combined with the symptoms I mentioned before
