my anxiety

Well I have suffered from anxiety for the past year and I was very bad for 4 months. Something that I would never forget. I would look thru my window and woulnt find anything good about a day. Everything was darkness for me. I had anxiety and I dint even know wat it was. I had racing heart, cold feet and hands, I would feel my heart in the tips of my finger, I thought my heart was gana stop cause it felt too slow. Chest discomfort, felt my stomach bloated, palpitations, I felt my body totally hot and darting, I coulnt sleep, coulnt drive, coulnt go out of house,  I felt sad, my question was why is this happening to me. I had over a hundred symptoms, like foggy vision. Symptoms that have to do with the whole body that are terrible. I would go to the emergency room every day thinking I was Gana die. I feel sad now wen I think about it but in the same part I thank god because if it wasn't for he's love and mercy I would probably be lost in drugs and alcoholism. But now I know and I'm sure that one day god will heal me completetly. I still suffer from anxiety but thank god I can work now, I can drive, I can be at a store by my self and do many things that I coulnt do, do to my anxiety. And I invite everyone in here to open their heart and have a personal relationship with God.

What works for some, doesn't work for other people. Some people see medication as their god. Others see theraphy as their god. You see the religious forums here on MH? The preaching stuff goes down great over there. Because people are looking for it. An honest opinion, from me, if I told someone, who was in dire need of advise and was suffering badly from anxiety, to read the bible and find god, they would probably think I was mad. It wouldn't be the answer they were looking for. Hence we keep the whole god thing off this forum and on another forum here on MH. So if people are into all of that stuff they go simply go over to the religious section. Were they won't be offended by my posts. ( LOL )

That's good to know. Others report answers they don't like at the drop of a hat. Just because we are honest with them. They made the religious forum because the topics kept blowing up here on the anxiety forum. Everybody had their own views. Some were not as nice as others. So to avoid that the other forum and a few groups came about. It only made sense. Because they were deleting the threads anyway. If god works for people them great for them. Nothing against them at all. I just avoid that forum. I would probably burn on it. ( LOL )
