see a GP who can wean your sister off the meds. be aware that some meds are addictive and that, combined with your sister's history of drug addiction, could make for a difficult time for you both.
she will need a lot of support and if you follow the doctor's advice and maybe find your own info on the net about this matter, then things will be ok. but find a GP who is openminded and who will listen and won't advocate pills "no matter what!" because sometimes when a person goes through withdrawal, the doctor's advice may be to take more and you'll feel better.
