Anxiety and stress can cause all sorts of symptoms in my experience.  Nausea can be quite common under stress in my opinion.  I get really sick to my stomach sometimes whenever I am stressed or anxious.  Have you talked to your doctor about this?  How long have you been experiencing anxiety/stress?

I've suffered from anxiety / panic disorder for years its hereditary, but these last couple of years the anxiety has gottan worse.  I'm always stressed out mainly because im stressing the anxiety symptoms, and other life hardships.  Anyways I was just concerned about feeling nausea its been hanging around on and off for about a week.

it can be. i wake up with it too. And usually during the day it comes and goes in waves. I blame mine on the fact that food hates me right now and my medication is still new to me. I've read a few places where, like CJ said - its pretty common for people with anxiety and panic disorders. Try some ginger  - its helped me.

Are you on meds? When my meds were too high, I had dry heaves until they were lowered.  Studchick

Hi--Not that it will help you, but I too have the constant nausea with my anxiety..(which is there 24/7). I am not a soda drinker, never have been, but I've found through reading and experience that ginger ale (room temp) seems to help me. They also have ginger gum and ginger capsules you take once a day. Also, my family doc suggested taking one Pepcid a day and sometimes that has worked for me too. Whatever you try, when the nausea goes away for just a bit, eat something! I'm thinking my not eating is contributing even more to my constant fatigue. Some things I've been able to tolerate is peanut butter on a slice of bread, a tuna fish sandwich, or jello fruit cups. I'm not suggesting that you try any of those--but try to find something you can tolerate. I can't tolerate meds, so basically my psych told me a month ago, there's nothing they can do for me except Xanax. But she did tell me that some of her patients have had success with Reiki therapy or accupuncture. At this point I am ready to try anything..good luck and know that you are not alone...
