I just responded to your post about your "tummy" feeling weak when you stood up suddenly. You made it sound as if this was the first time this had ever happened. Now I see in this post you have nausea 24/7 to the point of not being able to eat. You also have emetophobia and your "terrified" of your appendix.
We can also add that you have health anxiety and my advice remains the same. You need to see a doctor. Nausea combined with other symptoms could indicate more than just a "weak tummy."
It's also best when posting on this forum to list ALL of your conditions and symptoms in the same post so we get the big picture rather than having to put the puzzle together one post at a time.
Thank you.
See a doctor.

Hi! I also have a fear of vomiting.  It is called Emetophobia.  Just know, you aren't alone!

Are you on any meds? Or in therapy? If not, both of those combined is the best treatment.  Meds help to get rid of the physical symptoms and balance chemicals in your brain (a lot of anxiety is caused by chemical imbalance in the brain) while therapy gets to the root of your issues, teaches you to cope, and helps build you up to be a happier and stronger person.

Another suggestion I have is chamomile-peppermint tea.  The chamomile eases anxiety, and the peppermint eases nausea.  I drink this ALL the time because I am nauseous pretty much 24/7 and have a fear of throwing up.

If you don't like tea, peppermint in general is good for easing nausea.  Some people put peppermint extract right below their nose on their upper lip so they can smell the peppermint (the smell eases nausea as well).  I have peppermint chap-stick I wear a lot and it helps.
Ginger is another thing that helps nausea.  In health food stores they often sell ginger chews and chewing them can help your stomach.  Also ginger drinks.
Make sure you avoid caffeine and lots of sugar because those can trigger anxiety.
Just know you aren't alone!! I have talked to a lot of people on this site with emetophobia and although it s*cks, you can beat this! Good luck to you

There are anti-nausea meds that a doctor can prescribe, but that is not a long-term fix.  You need to treat the anxiety and the nausea should dissipate along with the anxiety. I had the same problem.  I lost a ton of weight so my doc put me on something like compazine.  I took it until the SSRI and Klonopin kicked in and then I could eat just fine.  Remember your intestines are in the lower abdomen also.  If you are not eating properly you are likely to have pain and tenderness there, not to mention trapped gas.  Make a decision to beat the anxiety and everything else will follow.  Good luck!
