My doc said everyone she tested who was not taking D came out low. I was doing 1,000 per day but she said to go to 2,000. You can take up to 10,000, I believe, but don't trust my memory please, ask your pharmacist about that. It may help you with a lot of health functions since your body uses it for many functions, but I don't think there is enough research out there yet to know if it will help witht depression.

She said it takes months for the D to build up in the blood stream to whatever level is considered normal, but the more you take during the build stage the faster it will get to whatever goal you have in mind, then you can cut down to stabilize at that level. I am taking 5,000 per day for 3 months and may ask her if that is enough for a test.
I heard a radio ad for a Vit D product saying something like 30,000 build-up in the bloodstream is considered normal although there is lots of research on how much is normal and his 5,000 per day was (according to his ad) supposed to get you to 50,000 which he thought was the right level.

I took a blood test a couple of weeks ago at the clinic and recently I just found out that my Vitamin D level was low.  They said it was at 18 and they would like to see it above 30.  I do not know if this may cause some of my probloms but I do believe it is a step in the right direction.

A lot of the things your describing are common anxiety symptoms. I see that your very young so I would'nt think it could be your heart. I also get the ringing in my ears, trouble breathing and heart pounding when my anxiety is high. I'm glad to hear you have a Drs appointment set up.Anxiety has a very long list of symptoms. To long for me to list here. If they find nothing physically wrong you might want to think about counseling. They can help you with coping skills to help with your anxiety, if that's what's going on, and it does sound like that's what it is to me.

Those are important signs, if you are accurately describing them.
Have you done a beat count or just feel it is faster?
When you have trouble breathing is  it just a stuffy feeling or actual hardness of breathing?
Does it feel as if a heavy weight is pressing against your chest, or just little sharpies that are probably just the muscles, tendons or ligaments playing unusual ticks on you?
I hope someone with more experience than me answers your post but put it on the heart forum too and perhaps go to ER if the answers to my questions  are fo the more serious type. I have been dealing with daily pains and am waiting for a cardiologist, but my doctor said the pains seem more like anxiety playing tricks on me.

I have also noticed that when I do have an attack my heart starts to beat faster and sometimes I have trouble breathing.  It feels like my chest may collapse.  I did also recently find a doctor and made an appointment for after the first of the year so hopefully I will know if anything is wrong soon.

I have no  reason to be anxious that i can think of.  The only thing I may worry about is the going ons of my son.  Recently he has been having probloms and we are currently in the process of figureing what is wrong with him.  He is seeing 2 different therapists and they are talking about bringing more into the picture.

Tinnitus or ringing in the ears is a common anxiety condition. The auditory nerve is full of GABA receptors which are altered with stress and anxiety.

That sounds like a good idea to get a regular doc and have it checked out.

Are you still stuttering? Hopefully it is just a fear caused reaction because anusea and dizziness would be hard to take at the same time. Do you have any identified reason to be anxious at this point in your life?

I went to a clinic and got some blood work done and they said that everything came back ok.  So I am currently in the process of getting a family doctor so I can get a full physical to see if maybe the clinic missed something.

You can read up about ear ringing here.

Sometimes people who suffer from anxiety start to notice other things more, so perhaps that is why you are noticing tingling now. It may have been there before, but I am just guessing. What do you mean the clinic says everything is ok, but you are getting it checked out? By another doctor?

I recently just to add to the above, started to get a tingling in the fingers.  I do not know if this information is related.  I went to a clinic to get some blook work done and everything seems to be normal according to them, but I am currently in the process of getting it checked out.

Ringing in the ears is caused by hearing damage. Sometimes it is only temporary, but often is permanent. It did not cause your other issues, but it could be what is making you anxious though. Your other problems seem to be anxiety related.
Perhaps you should see a doctor, as the stuttering and dizziness are cause for concern.
