need some info please help

for the last few weeks i keep a feeling in my stomach on and off that almost feels like eletric shock almost comes on strong only last a few sec but it happens on an off all day long i have had it since they told me that i have anxiety but i have noticed the last few days it seems more intense is that a anxiety related symptom.............has anyone else felt that like me just looking for help its kinda worring me but everything worries me anymore

I've never had the electric shock feeling before. I have had the adrenaline rush feeling a million times in my stomach. Is that what your talking about?  Remar
