Hello there,

Physical activity and healthy food is the answer. You must try that before trying medication that will act on your CNS.

Our body was designed to move and to eat bio. When doing physical activity your body produces a lot of hormones ( at least 8 ) and they are essential for proper mind-body fonctions. You can a some little research on endorphins, estrogen, testosteron, thyroxine, epinephrine, glucagon and insulin and see the benefits by yourself. Those are all hormones produced by physical activity.

Too many people are asking why their health is having problem and they never do physical activity and eat fast foods...

If you are already having a good life-style and doing physical activity and eating bio thyen i would suggest seeing and neurologist.

Please note that i'm not a doctor and i'm only giving you suggestions. Consult your doctor.

Best regards,
M4
