new Anxiety symptom(burning skin) and HIV worry

NEGATIVE for both HIV RNA and Antibody on the 26th day from my scare, These tests are they capable enough to pick up the virus IF I WAS INFECTED??  How reliable are they!!

Accoding to them these tests are the best in the business,


however i am experiencing some slight burning patch below the calf area like midway between the kneejoint and foot, it was on my left pink toe now it disappeared there and has now been appearing in the area i descibed... I did have anxiety issues before heart palpitation, hot flashes, and it's hearedity my mother has is it and still does...

SO Doctor or fellow member do you think it is anxiety related symptom or peripheral neuropathy... i earlier dismissed my worry, but the pinky toes burn has moved up so that the cause of my concern
