I used to have constant anxiety/anxious feelings even though I would not have a full panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attack that would result in having a constant chest pain that was very bothersome.
Everyone has different ways of coping with anxiety, for me I take prescribe medication from my psychiatrist along with working with a counselor to discuss the issues that might constantly be causing this anxiety. Having a psychiatrist and a counselor are two key components that work well together when fixing anxiety or any other issue.
