off paroxetine

Hello,

3 months ago i came off paroxetine and I had been taking it since i was 18, It made my life easier as i was always worried and nervous, I had this problem with worring over my health and teriffied over terminal illness's and Dr's.

I  am now 25 and married, I would like a baby and so I have come off the paroxetine.(took 3months very hard, withdrawal symptoms a joke!)

My brother has just passed (mid 20's) away and my parents have changed, my mother has always had a mental illness and has been taking ssri's for most of her life.(it's sad to see her the way she is as she is so lost)

I am now reverting to back to thingking i'm sick again and the fact that I had found a lump downstairs and need to go to the Dr's has made it worse.

I have had ibs symptoms(not confirmed by dr) as long as i can remember but the paroxetine and the pill made a huge difference and now that i am off both, I feel sick in the tummy and have been having the runs for a week now, i'm not that hungry either and i usually love my food, I also have cold hands and feet if that has anything to do with it.

I want to get pregnant and need to know how to over come this without medication.

It's dreadful and it's controlling my life.
