options please

imagine bipolar all scrambled with major ADD. Up down all around. Anxiety.It is hurting me so bad in so many ways and i feel it building. Yeah, it is not good. I need suggestions. Here is what i try to help myself slow and calm down; reduce it all:
-Tons of writing
-reading
-exercise
-walking and playing with the dogs
-oil painting, important words on the wall lately
-read through a book I made of positive affirmations
-call someone
-talk to myself or dogs
-focus on breathing and stop everything for a few
-long hot showers
-listen to music
-play guitar, hackysack, longboard
-lie with my eyes shut
-sex
-drive somewhere
I call my dc, e-mail him, and just show up at his office when I need to and like, won't leave until he gets  a minute.
WOW, I just accidentally deleted a bunch of what I had just wrote. breathing deep, thinking calm thoughts.
If I don't do something fast, i will lose my mind completely, it will kill me. Slow of fast, who knows. I don't want to die, but I can't live this way.
