over worry

Hi i am a healthy 26 year old who is suffering right now from sleeping issues.  i take 1mg of klonopin and rozerem about 4 hours before i go to sleep.  last night i started my taper off klonopin because i am scared of this drug because of its withdrawals (which i experienced about 2 months ago)  so last night i went down to .75 didnt sleep but maybe an hour all night.  today i am very worried and my only symptom of anxiety is butterflies in my stomach.  so i cant say for sure that i have an anxiety problem.  coming off klonopin has got me worked up because i want to able to sleep and feel normal again.  has anyone had experience with this??
